Adults and children over 12 years old: The usual dose is 5 mg (10 mL) once at night; 2.5 mg (2.5 mL) once a day may be more suitable for some patients.
Children from 6 to 12 years old: The usual dose is 2.5 mg (5 mL) once at night or 1.25 mg (2.5 mL) twice a day; do not exceed this dose.

DOSAGE
Children from 2 to 6 years old: two teaspoons (10 mL) orally 2 (two) times a day.
